Someone wrote and said, ‘hey you guys believe in everything,’ but I don’t know what to believe. Let me clarify something here and now: We don’t believe in everything.

  • Yes we believe in a higher power, be it called God, or whatever you wish.

  • Yes we believe in life after death.

  • Yes we believe in ghosts.

  • Yes we believe in UFOs and that aliens (or life from other planets exist).

  • Yes we believe there is an Area 51, because we’ve been there.

  • Yes we believe in witches because those calling themselves a witch or warlock is someone practicing a religious belief and is, in our opinion, no different that a Taoist or any other religious faction.

  • NO we don’t believe in the Grim Reaper.

  • NO we don’t believe in the devil.

  • NO we don’t believe in a hell, not the way religions describe it.

  • NO we don’t believe in demons, unless demons are just another word for a highly negative individual/spirit.

  • We aren’t even certain we believe that shadow people are real – and that in fact they are just another manifestation of the appearance of a ghost.
Does big foot exist? Can’t prove it but with all the sightings, the physical evidence, etc. I tend to believe these people are seeing something we can’t explain. And unlike so many in the scientific community we can’t simply dismiss what people say they saw and write it off to being mass hallucinations.

Can we prove any of this? Not to a scientific certainty – but adequately enough to satisfy ourselves. Can science prove these things don’t exist, no, not to a scientific certainty. Keeping in mind that the absence of something physical is not proof that it does not exist it is merely proof that we’ve not found a way to show that it exists.

One must keep in mind that many things came about in our society to maintain order and control by those in power. Fear is a great method of control – and what better way to control people than to threaten them with hell fire and damnation and explain to them exactly what that meant. People tended to believe their leaders back in ancient times because they honestly felt they had been chosen by God to lead. So it made it easy to control the masses in this manner. Hopefully mankind has developed enough to think about these things and come to understand that a God, who in one breath, is described as love, and in the next breath could be so hateful to sentence his child to hell fire for all eternity because of making a mistake, is just plain silly. Though this concept is contrary to nearly every religion on this planet – the concept that the world was flat was at one time a totally accepted belief as well…did it make it right? Of course it didn’t. Yes, there is strengthen in numbers, but that strength is only in voice not correct beliefs or truths.

Do we think we know the truth? Yes, for each of us! But do we think it is the truth for you? No! You have to come to your own place of truth and understanding. But of all the things we have learned: It matters not what we believe nor what you believe, the truth remains the truth with or without our beliefs.
