Gold Rush Town House 12/9
We live in what was once a huge gold rush town. About five years ago I moved into an older house with my 3 children. Everything was going smoothly for the first month except for the occasional cold spot in the house but then my daughter Teegan aged 5 at the time started to talk in her sleep the words she used were not of her usual vocabulary they were far more adult and violent on top of this she would get up and go to the lounge where she'd scream to be left alone. This happened at least three times a week. I had a friend and her mother come around to witness this we were all drinking coffee at the kitchen table when Teegan who'd been asleep for about 3 hrs started to talk quietly at first and then slipped into the violent abuse and walked to kitchen when she grabbed my friends phone n proceeded to hit it hard down on the table the minute
I removed the phone from her grasp so then she calmly went to the lounge n started to scream to be left alone but on this night she looked like she was fighting something off. I hugged her till she calmed down n then put her back in bed in the morning she remembered nothing of the night but not remembering was a usual
occurrence. My friends mum made her a charm to sleep with on her wrist this was working until 1 night she sat up n ripped the bracelet off and threw it at the wall. We tried salting the room only to go out and to come home to salt covering my bed. I saw a ghost about 3 weeks before the salting
incident I had gotten up to go to my son who needed a drink but when I entered the room there she was standing over him and appeared to be patting his
back. I'll hazard a guess and say she was about 12 yrs old. I felt her name was
"Sahara " and it felt perfectly fine to turn around and go back to bed so I did. After this night I felt or saw
Sahara many times and so did the kids and visitors. I think the cat might have even played with her at times. I don't think
Sahara was the problem because other ghosts were seen and felt in and around that property too. There was a downstairs laundry where a large
German Shepard was seen sleeping in front of the tubs but then just fading away. Though he wasn't our problem either. Then there was the upstairs verandah where I was sitting and talking with friends when we felt a rush of hot air on a winter afternoon the air was accompanied with the smell of gas almost like when you light a barbeque. It was almost like a group passed right by us. I also had visitors that said they felt a fearful presence as they left my house some nights but they also say this "thing" stayed with them on their drive home my sister used to tell it to leave before she entered my parents driveway but one friend swears it entered his house with him and after it followed him home it left our property for good as far as
I could tell. Yes we moved after three years of living with the above zoo Teegan still has a few rough nights but now they are different
every time some calm conversations others where she is upset but no more violence or walking about. The owner of the house was talking
exorcism etc. but I never did find out if he did arranged one or not. Though I did find out a 12 yr old girl called Sarah lived in the house in the late 1800's. I've has other experiences but never like this house and it's inhabitants. That house sure made a lot of skeptics
believers.
