How can Someone see a ghost?

There are many people who wish they could see a ghost! But seeing a ghost means the development of one's psychic abilities. If your psychic abilities aren't developed then odds are you will not see a ghost. Many will and can sense the presence of a ghost but can't see them. Many people report seeing ghosts when they were young but as they grew up they stopped seeing them.
