Do guardian Angels exist? How to contact them?

In most cultures and religious dogmas the concept of guardian angels is discussed. Most accept and believe they do exist. Even in the realm of the metaphysical religious beliefs the concept of a guide or teacher exists, which equates to the same thing, a guardian angel. Take note that in either incident the being who is there to help us through our physical life's struggle is always wiser, more knowledgeable and even, at times, has the ability to foresee the future. Perhaps this belief stems from the desire of humans to seek help from someone who knows more than we know or perhaps it stems from reality. It is not clear if they do or do not exist! If you wish to believe you have a guardian angel I can see no harm in that belief. However, don't tempt the fates by running into a burning building to see if you will survive or not and your guardian angel will protect you. I happen to believe we each have a spiritual guide from the other side that helps us out from time to time. But whether you call it a guardian angel or spiritual guide doesn't truly matter; you must believe in what you feel in your heart is true. Keeping in mind that the truth has nothing to do with us and what we believe - the truth remains the truth regardless of what we believe.

As for contact them - I believe that option is not up to you but to them!
