Atlantis and Lemuria

What does Atlantis and Lemuria have to do with the Spiritual World and the other sacred realms? I've been to some sites and they have all stated about Lemuria and Atlantis being links to the spiritual world. Is this true?

RESPONSE:

Point of fact no one truly knows if Atlantis and Lemuria are links to the spiritual world. Years ago a book came out called "Seth Speaks." Seth was a man from India that reportedly wrote this book via automatic writing. (Just in case you haven't heard of automatic writing - what many believe is that a spiritual guide directs one to write specific things and furnishes the individual with information that they, under normal circumstances, would not have knowledge of). In Seth's book he spoke of Atlantis and Lemuria and how they were lands in which the beings had reached their highest levels of spiritually. As a result their spiritual attainment is considered to a spiritual guideline for those on the path of spiritual perfection.

In addition to Seth's book, Edgar Cayce also wrote about the importance of Atlantis and Lemuria and their spiritual attainment.

Some also believe that those people of these two islands became arrogant about their spiritual attainment and was that arrogance that destroyed them.

I'm not certain spiritual perfection is something we can see - since I believe the soul/spirit is in perfection already - because it is in the likeness of God. However I do believe that perfection is something we must learn to allow to come out in our daily physical life by allowing our soul/spirit to direct and control us rather than the physical. Perfection in the physical form is not possible, in my opinion, since emotions are a factor that play in our physical being that does not factor in with regards to our spiritual being.
